    The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information on the collection, process and security of any data transmitted to and collected by us through the Website or within the scope of the provision of any related services (the “Service”), as per our legal obligations under the applicable data protection laws.

When information is no longer needed, we proceed with destruction or anonymisation, and in any event, subject to the specific processing purpose, personal data generally shall be kept for a minimum period of 6 years from termination of the last contract.

    Note that under the relevant data protection laws, in certain circumstances you have inter alia the below rights in relation to your personal data: 

    Right to access your personal data 

    You may request from us to receive a copy of the personal data that are being processed. If your data is being processed, we will provide you with further details on the processing. The Company hereby reserves its right to charge a relevant fee for providing such record of personal data to the person requesting this, except where this is not allowed under local legislation.    

    Right to correction of the personal data in our records 

    You may request us to correct any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us. You may be able to rectify and amend your personal data by editing your user account data as part of the Service. 

     

    Right to erasure of your personal data 

    You have the right to request that we erase or remove your personal data in certain circumstances. This applies where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it, or where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (as per below), or where you believe we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law.
